You then resell the drinks to your members at the price you set — individually, on a subscription (recommended plan: €10/month for 1 drink per day + 20% off the second drink of the same day), or bundled into your own memberships.

The schedule is agreed with you after signing — logistics adapt to your availability and to the production of the machine wrap. On-site installation takes half a day: our technicians connect the machine (230 V socket + water supply) and train your team.

You do. The manager (or a team member) tops up the powder hoppers and cups as sales come in. You order consumables from Fiilin in a few clicks, delivered within 48 to 72 working hours.

The machine is self-cleaning: automatic rinsing after every serving, plus a full cleaning cycle daily. Nothing to dismantle, no products to handle. An occasional wipe-down keeps the outside spotless.

Our support team steps in within 48 working hours. Parts, labour and software updates are included in the rental fee for the whole rental period.

Yes, with the main platforms on the market: Deciplus, Resamania, Heitz, Sportigo, bsport. Drinks slot into your memberships and packages, and payments go through the member's account.

Eight families per machine: whey, creatine, BCAA, L-carnitine, pre-workout booster, electrolytes, detox and collagen, with several flavours per category. The mix is tuned with you to suit your members.

Every drink is formulated and manufactured in France, in HACCP and ISO 22000 certified facilities. Transparent composition: no preservatives, no artificial flavourings, no synthetic colourings. Technical data sheets available on request.

That depends on your gym and the plan your manager has chosen. In some gyms, drinks are added to your member account and charged with your membership. In others, you pay per drink. Ask your coach or the front desk.

All our formulas are free from preservatives, artificial flavourings and synthetic colourings. Whey products contain lactose (milk proteins). BCAA, boosters, electrolytes and detox are lactose- and gluten-free. Detailed data sheets are available on request at contact@fiilin.fr. The only sweetener used is sucralose, in minimal amounts.

Depending on the gym, the machine is either members-only or open to everyone (reception area). Check the partner gym map and call the gym in question if needed.

Yes. The app syncs your profile, your consumption history and your preferences across every Fiilin-equipped gym in France. You can order in any partner gym with the same account.

The Fiilin app is free on the App Store (iOS 14+) and Google Play (Android 9+). Signing in takes under a minute, by email or through your gym management account where supported.

About three weeks end to end, at the candidate's pace. Five stages: application, first conversation (30 min), practical exercise (2-3 h max), debrief + meeting the team, offer + 2 reference checks.

Yes, at contact@fiilin.fr. We look at profiles we'd like to hire even with no open role. You'll get a personal reply within two weeks, even if we can't offer you a role right away.

Hybrid for most roles: 2 to 3 days on site (Paris), the rest remote. A few field roles (logistics, manager support) are mostly on site. Each posting says which.

Yes. An annual budget of €1,200 per person for training (conferences, books, courses). Brand-new equipment on arrival (MacBook or PC as you prefer, 27" monitor, and the gym membership of your choice on us).

Monday: team coffee + a six-week onboarding plan. Tuesday: a day in the field at a partner gym to see the product in action. Wednesday to Friday: gradual immersion in your scope, alongside your dedicated buddy. No hazing, no meeting overload.
